Daniel D. Dauplaise is a civil litigator with experience in state, federal and international litigation and client counseling. Daniel practices in the areas of Labor and Employment, Personal Injury, as well as Civil, Commercial and Municipal litigation. Prior to joining Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara, Daniel practiced international employment law, counseling and litigating on behalf of US based clients on employment issues in foreign jurisdictions, primarily Europe and Latin America. Daniel has tried and litigated matters in state, federal, and US Immigration Court.

In addition to law practice, Daniel served on the Stamford Board of Education, chairing the Finance Committee, and is a member of the Board of Stamford Emergency Medical Services, Inc., the Ferguson Library Annual Fundraising Committee, and a 20-year veteran of the Stamford volunteer fire service.

Daniel lives in Stamford with his wife Caroline and their sons Jack and Charlie.
