From Connecticut
Take I-95 S toward N.Y. City (Crossing into New York).  Take the I-95 S/Cross Bronx Exp/I-678 S exit toward George Washington Br/Whitestone Br.  Merge onto I-95 S/Cross Bronx Expy via the exit on the left toward GW Bridge.  Keep right to take I-95 S/Cross Bronx Expy/US-1 S toward GW Bridge/Lower Level/Last NY Exit.  Take the RT-9A/Henry Hudson Pkwy exit, EXIT 1, toward W 181 Street.  Merge onto RT-9A S via the exit on the left toward Downtown.  Turn left onto W 42nd St. Turn right onto 7th Ave/Times Sq.  Turn left onto W 40th Street.  Proceed to 9 East 40th St., on the right.

From New Jersey - Lincoln Tunnel
Take Lincoln Tunnel into Manhattan. When exiting the tunnel proceed straight to go onto Dyer Avenue. Turn right onto W 40th Street.  Proceed to 9 East 40th St., on the right.

From New Jersey - George Washington Bridge
Take George Washington Bridge to New York City. Merge onto RT-9A S via EXIT 1 towards Downtown.  Turn left onto W 42nd St.  Turn right onto 7th Ave/Times Sq.  Turn left onto W 40th St.   Proceed to 9 East 40th St., on the right.

From Long Island
Take I-495 westbound to the Queens Midtown Tunnel. In Manhattan make a left onto the East 37th Street exit. Turn right onto 3rd Avenue northbound. Turn left onto East 42nd Street. Turn right onto 7th Ave.  Turn left onto W 40th St. Proceed to 9 East 40th St., on the right.

By Train
MTA Metro-North Railroad to Grand Central Station.  Building entrance is within a few blocks, located between East 40th Street and 5th Avenue.
