Cynthia L. Singer

Cynthia L. Singer was born in Omaha, Nebraska.  Ms. Singer received her Bachelor of Science degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Nebraska, in Lincoln, and her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.

She is admitted to the bar in Connecticut, where she has been practicing since 1995.  Previously, Ms. Singer was employed in the office of the Illinois Attorney General and as a vice president of public finance with Kemper Securities, Inc.

Ms. Singer joined Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara in 1997 and specializes in estate planning and probate administration. She is a member of the Greenwich, Fairfield County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations.  

Ms. Singer is a past member of the Board of Directors of Greenwich Adult Day Care (River House) and currently appears as a co-host with attorney Donna Castronovo on a local radio program, “Older and Wiser”.  This program airs on AM 1490 WGCH every fourth Monday of the month from 12:30-1:00 p.m. (www.wgch.com/showarchive/ow.shtml) and provides the community with basic information on all aspects of elder law.  Local practitioners in various areas, such as long term care insurance, reverse mortgages and home care, join Ms. Singer and Ms. Castronovo on the program each week.
