Karla P. Ray received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988 and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School in 1991. During law school, she served as a Member and then as the Managing Editor of the Marquette Law Review.
Ms. Ray is a partner who practices in commercial real estate. She has represented various lending institutions, entities, private developers and individuals in both residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, finance transactions and condominium projects. In addition, Ms. Ray has extensive experience in the area of franchise financing.
Ms. Ray is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut and Regional Bar Associations. She participates in volunteer community projects through her affiliation with the Junior League of Eastern Fairfield County.
