Carol J. Faherty was born in New York City. She attended the College of the Holy Cross and received a B.A. in English in 1997. She received her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law where she was a member of the Connecticut Law Review and received the CALI Award for Torts and Contracts.
Mrs. Faherty began her legal career with Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP. She joined Ivey, Barnum & O'Mara, LLC in 2008 where her areas of practice include commercial and general litigation. Mrs. Faherty is admitted to the Bars of Connecticut and New York. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Southern District of New York and is a member of the Greenwich and Connecticut Bar Associations.
Mrs. Faherty is involved with the Junior League of Stamford/Norwalk and has served as a volunteer attorney for Lawyers for Children of America.
